Martin Ridler has an extensive breadth and depth of experience in providing financial and strategic advice to his clients across the globe. He has executed numerous capital market transactions, IPOs, equity and debt placements, capital increases and convertible bonds across capital markets in Germany, the UK and US, as well as M&A deals in Europe, the US and Latin America. His client base encompasses large and mid-cap businesses, both in public and private ownership, company Boards, entrepreneurs and start-ups, families and institutional investors.
Martin has over 25 years of experience providing financial and strategic advice to his clients. He has worked for twelve years in senior positions at Morgan Stanley in London and Frankfurt, latterly heading the Healthcare Investment Banking Practices in various healthcare subsections, including Emerging Markets out of London. Before that, he was a member of the corporate finance and M&A teams at Deutsche Bank, Schroders (now Citi) and SBC Warburg (now UBS).
Martin received a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a Major in Finance and Accounting from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.
After having spent over two decades abroad, Martin now spends his professional life between Vienna and London. He is married with two sons and one daughter and enjoys Vienna’s vast vast cultural offering, and is also a keen ﬂy fisherman. He and his entire family are avid Chelsea Football Club supporters and members of the CFC.
